Go4Team Terms of Service

§1 General Provisions

These terms of service define the rules for using the Go4Team website, available at go4team.com, whose purpose is to connect people for joint sports and physical activities.

The owner and administrator of the Service is Go4Team (hereinafter referred to as "Administrator").

Using the Service is equivalent to accepting these terms of service.

§2 Definitions

• Service – Go4Team online platform.
• User – any natural person who has reached 13 years of age, having full legal capacity, who uses the Service.
• Account – individual User profile in the Service, protected by password.
• Activity – sports or recreational activity organized by a User, published in the Service.
• Organizer – User who creates and publishes an Activity.
• Participant – User who joins an Activity.

§3 Registration and User Account

To fully use the Service features, such as creating and joining Activities, registration and Account creation are required.

User commits to providing truthful data during registration and keeping it updated.

User is responsible for the security of their password and should not share it with third parties.

Administrator reserves the right to block or delete User's Account in case of violation of these terms of service.

§4 Rules for Creating and Participating in Activities

Every User with an Account can create Activities.

Organizer is responsible for the content of the Activity description, including its compliance with facts and law. Publishing vulgar, offensive, discriminatory content or promoting illegal activities is prohibited.

Administrator is not responsible for the course, safety, or quality of organized Activities. Participation in Activities is at Users' own risk.

Users are obliged to follow fair play rules and personal culture during Activities.

§5 Liability

Go4Team Service acts solely as an intermediary platform, enabling Users to organize Activities. Administrator is not a party to contracts or agreements made between Users.

Administrator is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or other negative events that may occur in connection with Activities organized through the Service.

User bears full responsibility for content published by them and their actions in the Service.

§6 Privacy Policy and Data Protection

The data controller is Go4Team. Data is processed for the purpose of providing services within the Service.

User has the right to access their data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing.

Detailed information on personal data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms of service.

§7 Final Provisions

Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the terms of service. Users will be notified of any changes electronically.

Matters not regulated by these terms of service shall be governed by Polish law.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Service will be resolved by the court competent for the Administrator's registered office.
